Ann Pannell and Jay Graves, the creators of C.L.E.A.R.™ met at a Raleigh North Carolina training event in 2019. Over coffee and conversation, both immediately realized the synergy between their two approaches to professional development.

Ann Pannell is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She leverages 20 years of clinical practice and training to transform the communication behaviors of individuals and organizations.
From the battlefield to the boardroom, Jay Graves has over 25 years of experience in developing and leading high-performance teams, organizational strategy, and exceeding results.
